Laura E. Williamson - Project Director
Laura is responsible for developing and managing the organisation’s
work on energy and climate. She is also responsible for coordinating
HELIO's network of energy experts. Prior to HELIO, Laura was with the
United Nations Environment Programme where she was in charge of
developing material and tools to raise awareness on sustainable
development issues. Laura has over fifteen years experience in the area
of policy design and implementation, working predominantly for
international and non-governmental organisations.

Isabelle Brechotteau - Accountant
Isabelle is responsible for managing HELIO's accounts and ensuring
that HELIO meets its fiscal obligations with regards to its funders and
French law. Prior to HELIO, Isabelle was the Financial Director of an
industry association where she was responsible for putting in place new
tools to improve the association's fiscal operations. Isabelle is also
experienced in auditing and public fund management.
