Country Profiles on Sustainable Development

To bring sustainable development fully into the trade union agenda, four trade unions (ITUC-csi, GURN, TUAC and SustainLabor) have collaborated to develop country-by-country profiles on sustainable development issues, including climate and energy.

These profiles have been produced as a tool for trade unions and other actors to engage in a process with their national governments to promote the recognition of social and employment factors within measures to address climate change and energy issues, throughout the world.

Country reports produced by HELIO through its Sustainable Energy Watch series have been included as a reference source for trade union activists to better understand energy policy developments in their respective countries.
