They also analyse and advise on ecodevelopment and climate stabilisation. HELIO's core activity is Sustainable Energy Watch (SEW). SEW's objective is to measure progress towards sustainable energy and development practices nationally, regionally and globally. National reporters and regional coordinators collect and analyse energy data against a series of indicators selected for their relevance, clarity, balance and timeliness.
