Sustainable Energy Watch (SEW) report for Ukraine is completed in 2001 for the first time. Notice, SEW's methodology is used to calculate indicators value and there are no original formulas included in the text.

In preparation of the report were used both national sources and data from International organisations as OECD, World Bank and Tacis Programme. Since different methodologies are used by the different sources, some data may not correlate correctly. Unfortunately, authors were not able to find all data for the same year what makes it difficult to compare. However, all indicators are calculated for 1990. Data for the later years shows the trend for value change.

The authors are Vadim Diukanov and Olexi Pasyuk.
